Visa requirements for foreigners entering the territory of Ukraine
To date, the Ukrainian legislation is defined as the visa and visa-free order entry of foreigners (foreign citizens and stateless persons) in Ukraine.
Entrance (exit) of foreigners in Ukraine is regulated by the Law of Ukraine on the Legal Status of Foreigners and stateless persons on February 4, 1994, the Rules of the entry of foreigners into Ukraine, Their Exit from Ukraine and transit through its territory (the Cabinet of Ministers on 29 December 1995 N1074 ) and the Rules of the visa documents for entry into Ukraine (Cabinet of Ministers on 20 February 1999 N227).

All categories of visas are issued by diplomatic missions and consular offices of Ukraine abroad.
